Mode Selection

Users can switch modes using the NonHPad or by voice (simply say "Switch to XX mode" to Nuo_Ciyuan). If the mode system malfunctions, use the reset button located inside the motherboard on the back (press and hold for 5 seconds to force restart).

Standby Mode: Default mode after startup and during charging. Nuo_Ciyuan stands still waiting for the user's next instruction.
Free‑Range Mode: In this mode, Nuo_Ciyuan engages in various activities like a human. Its behavior is highly anthropomorphized; no need to worry about it doing anything inappropriate.
Singing Synthesis Mode: In this mode, Nuo_Ciyuan stands still while the user uses the NonHPad to perform singing synthesis.
Performance Mode: In this mode, Nuo_Ciyuan sings the user‑edited singing synthesis project. This mode can be enabled simultaneously with Free‑Range Mode, making Nuo_Ciyuan's speech and movements more lifelike.
Learning Mode: In this mode, Nuo_Ciyuan engages in content learning. As a robot, it needs to update its knowledge in various fields in real time. This mode requires user participation and guidance, and Nuo_Ciyuan strictly keeps the user's private data confidential. This mode can be enabled simultaneously with Free‑Range Mode, making its speech and movements more lifelike.

Personality Settings

Default Personality: The robot never forgets it is a robot. Nuo_Ciyuan responds to every sentence in a precise, mechanical manner.

Energetic Personality: In this setting, Nuo_Ciyuan becomes more proactive in initiating conversations and speaks in a cheerier tone. Suitable for users who want to chat.
