Thank you for using the "Nuo_Ciyuan NH06" UTAU voicebank! By using the "Nuo_Ciyuan NH06"(糯次元NH06) UTAU voicebank (hereinafter referred to as "this voicebank"), you agree to these terms. The author reserves the right of final interpretation.

This voicebank follows a "free creation + bottom-line rules" policy. Commercial use is permitted, but please respect the basic character settings (especially those related to the robot theme).

I. Copyright Statement

This voicebank was recorded, configured (oto.ini), and illustrated by chbNuoHuang (诺惶). It belongs to the "PPXWorld 6thDimension"(六次元主世界情报管理中心) project (hereinafter referred to as "6thDimension") and the "電灶工業Renji Industry" project, and is managed by the music circle "BectoMuicrrz".

1. All rights (including but not limited to copyright and neighboring rights) to this voicebank (including all sample audio files (.wav), configuration files (oto.ini), and related data) belong to chbNuoHuang.
   1.1. The original voice samples contained in this voicebank, including the right of publicity (which falls under the category of personality rights) and the rights of the recording producer, are retained by chbNuoHuang.
   1.2. The copyrights of the character image (as an original character of the 6thDimension project), official illustrations, and artwork are retained by chbNuoHuang.
2. The recording list used for this voicebank is the SER-style CVVC recording list, and the intellectual property rights of this recording list are retained by the original author, 拾忆Eternal_R.
3. The rights to new audio data generated by using this voicebank for singing synthesis are allocated as follows:
   (a) Original songs: For lyrics, composition, arrangement, and the final complete recording that you independently create, the copyright belongs to you.
   (b) Cover songs: For cover recordings made using this voicebank, you own the recording producer's rights to the recording, provided that you have obtained authorization from the original copyright holders of the song.
   Your rights to the synthesized vocals do not affect any of chbNuoHuang's existing rights to the voicebank itself and the original voice samples. The core rights of the voicebank always remain with chbNuoHuang.

II. Permitted Uses Without Prior Contact

1. This voicebank may be used by individuals and corporations for commercial purposes (including but not limited to: original/cover songs, paid distribution tracks, commercial advertisements/game/film scoring, physical CD sales, etc.).
   1.1. When publishing works created with this voicebank, you must clearly state the voicebank name as "糯次元NH06".
2. Modification/editing of the voicebank files is permitted for personal use.
3. Distribution of project files (e.g., ust, vsqx) created using this voicebank is permitted.
4. Common derivative works settings (including but not limited to: costume changes, gender swaps, CP pairings, etc.) are permitted.
5. This voicebank may be used for non‑original-character purposes, such as voicing an original character.
   5.1. The attribution rule is the same as in 1.1. For example, if this voicebank voices character "XX", you may write: "Sung by: XX (Voice: 糯次元NH06)".

III. Strictly Prohibited Uses

1. Redistribution of the voicebank files (WAV, oto.ini, etc.) and any resale are strictly prohibited.
2. Claiming to be the author of the voicebank, or obscuring or omitting the voicebank name, is prohibited.
3. Use for religious/political propaganda, hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or content that harms others is prohibited.
4. Use for content that violates laws or public order and morals is prohibited.
5. Use for content related to widely disliked subjects (e.g., derivative works for people or things with negative reputations) is prohibited.
6. Use for content that infringes on third‑party copyrights is prohibited.
7. Extreme pornography (R‑18 or above) and extreme violence/gore (R‑18G or above) are prohibited.
8. Using the original samples or synthesized output of this voicebank for AI model training, TTS (text‑to‑speech) model development, or any form of voice deepfake is prohibited.

IV. Uses Requiring Prior Permission

1. Modifications/edits to the voicebank files are permitted (see above), but if you wish to distribute your modified oto.ini or modified voicebank, please ask for permission in advance.
2. If you create content that goes beyond the default permitted scope (including R‑15 content, gore content, or derivative settings that deviate significantly from the original), please ask for permission in advance.
3. If you engage in paid custom‑order Cosplay costumes or sales, please ask for permission in advance.
4. If the character image of this voicebank is used in promotional materials for corporations/groups (such as posters, collaborative merchandise, or advertising visuals), please ask for permission in advance.

V. Special Character‑Setting Provisions

The character image of this voicebank is a fictional non‑human character, with the species being a robot (possessing no biological vital signs). The special provisions for this voicebank's image under the 6thDimension project are as follows:

1. Regarding Violence
   1.1. Permitted content:
   1.1.1. Depictions of dismemberment, body fragmentation, and shell dents are permitted.
   1.1.2. Depictions of smoke, sparks, or oil/coolant leakage caused by short circuits are permitted (oil must be clearly depicted as blue/transparent mechanical fluid, not red blood).
   1.1.3. Depictions of malfunction due to magnetic interference are permitted.
   1.2. Prohibited content:
   1.2.1. Depicting mechanical damage as biological torture with flying flesh, exposed internal organs, or shattered bones is prohibited.
   1.2.2. Depicting painful torture (e.g., emphasizing groaning in "interrogation" scenes) is prohibited, though reporting "system abnormalities" is permitted.
   1.2.3. Depictions of "eating" or "digesting" human/biological tissue are prohibited.
2. Regarding Sexual Expression and Intimate Contact
   Nuo_Ciyuan does not possess any biological reproductive organs or hormones.
   2.1. Permitted content:
   2.1.1. Depictions of borderline intimate contact between mechanical bodies, data cable/charging port interactions, etc., are permitted.
   2.1.2. Depictions of "mechanical resonance," "system overload causing visual module glitches," etc., are permitted.
   2.1.3. Depictions of full nudity (mechanical body/frame) without genital depiction are permitted; this is treated as "anatomical illustration" rather than "nudity." However, please be mindful of platform rules when publishing publicly; the author is not responsible for content takedowns due to platform misjudgment.
   2.1.4. Depictions of adding simulated biological genitalia (prosthetic reproductive organs) to the mechanical body are permitted.
   2.1.5. Depictions involving charging gun insertion, oil filling, etc., with clear "insertion/injection" implications as pseudo‑sexual acts are permitted. (Who would get excited by that?!)

3. Regarding "State of Existence"
   Nuo_Ciyuan does not have a biological lifespan or a soul.
   3.1. Permitted content:
   3.1.1. Depictions of being uploaded/downloaded/copied as AI data (clone settings) are permitted.
   3.1.2. Depictions of scrapping, core meltdown, data formatting, memory erasure, and even religious/philosophical reincarnation are permitted, but please note that such content is considered fanon and deviates from the official 6thDimension storyline.
   3.1.3. Depictions of being left idle or disassembled and recycled as an appliance/tool are permitted.
   3.2. Prohibited content:
   3.2.1. Depictions of permanently deleting all backup data so that "all traces of existence vanish completely" are prohibited.
   3.2.2. Depicting the character as a flesh‑and‑blood human who ages and dies naturally, forcibly erasing its mechanical traits, is prohibited.
4. Regarding "Self‑Awareness"
   4.1. Permitted content:
   4.1.1. Depictions of the character as "an AI with self‑awareness that passes the Turing Test" are permitted.
   4.1.2. Depictions of program bugs, logical paradoxes, infinite loops, and other mechanical glitches are permitted.
   4.2. Prohibited content:
   4.2.1. Using the dry vocal samples of this voicebank to feed into real‑world generative AI/TTS models for cloning is prohibited.
   4.2.2. Directly defining the character as the personification of an existing real‑world voice assistant is prohibited.

These special provisions also apply to all other voicebanks of Nuo_Ciyuan (including but not limited to other UTAU voicebanks, ACE Studio self‑trained voicebanks, etc.).

VI. Disclaimer

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create using this voicebank is legal and compliant. If the content you create (songs, videos, images, etc.) infringes on third‑party rights (such as original song copyrights, portrait rights, etc.), you shall bear all liability, and chbNuoHuang shall not be held responsible.

VII. Revision Statement
